Данное исследование посвящено анализу признаков стресса у обучающихся Тюменского индустриального университета. Цель исследования — изучить признаки стресса у обучающихся высшей школы. Авторы рассмотрели понятие «стресс», изучили физиологические, эмоциональные, интеллектуальные и поведенческие признаки стресса у студентов. Анализ изученной литературы позволил выявить факторы, которые приводят молодежь к стрессу. Для этой цели был проведен анкетный опрос весной 2023 года, в котором приняли участие 194 респондента в возрасте от 17 до 30 лет. Опрос и обработка данных были проведены с помощью онлайн-платформы Survio. Полученные результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод о наличии интеллектуальных, поведенческих, эмоциональных и физиологических признаков стресса у студентов. Половина опрошенных респондентов испытывают стресс, который может быть вызван не только учебной деятельностью, но социальными, экономическими и политическими условиями, а также зависит от личности, образа жизни студентов и других факторов. В этой связи были предложены основные направления, помогающие купировать стресс и управлять им в образовательном пространстве. 

The study is devoted to the analysis of the signs of stress among students of Industrial University of Tyumen. The aim of the study is to examine the signs of stress among them. The authors looked at the concept of "stress", examining physiological, emotional, intellectual and behavioural signs of stress among students. An analysis of the studied literature made it possible to identify the factors that lead young people to stress. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted in the spring of 2023 with 194 respondents between the ages of 17 and 30. The survey and data processing were conducted through the online platform Survio. The results of the study concluded that there were cognitive, behavioural, emotional and physiological signs of stress. Half of the surveyed respondents experienced stress, which could be caused not only by academic activities, but also by social, economic and political conditions, and depended on the personality, lifestyle of students and other factors. In this regard, the key focuses were proposed that help to jugulate and manage stress in the educational space.
